"Absolutely love this silverware set!!!"
"Purchased the Adrian flatware from Costco it now has several missing pieces (small forks) I love their weight shininess and durability and only need a few pieces and alas they no longer sell this particular itemjc"
"I have been using the Mikasa Addison flatware for five years. It has been wonderful. It is beautiful to look at, and wonderful to use. It is still shiny. I love it so much that I am considering getting a second set so I will have a service for eight. I have recently purchased the Mikasa Samantha dinnerware. I will leave a review after using it for a while. I love to eat off of beautiful dinnerware and flatware everyday, not just holidays!"
"Mikasa deleted my first review, so just wanted to write a new one. Their "100% satisfaction guarantee" is not accurate. Do not register for anything on this website for your bridal registry. They are not flexible and do not allow exchanges for items. Will never purchase another item from Mikasa or recommend this business."
"I received this silverware as a gift from my bridal registry. Within 2 weeks of use, it started rusting. After contacting Mikasa I was told I needed to immediately dry the silverware after being in the dishwasher. I did that; it still rusted. Then I was told to use Bar Keeper's friend, to get rid of the rust. I requested to return the silverware and exchange the two sets I received, as a gift, for two different sets of silverware. Instead I was told I couldn't exchange the silverware for different sets. I am now stuck with expensive silverware that rusts. I will never purchase from Mikasa again, as they don't abide by their "100% satisfaction guarantee"."
