Handle Cracked Within 2 Months

"Received this from my wedding registry and within 2 months of infrequent use as a tea pitcher, I noticed a crack at the handle. It hasn't started leaking yet so I am still using it but am basically just waiting for it to bust and send tea and glass shards everywhere. I reached out to Mikasa and sent pictures and information and the best they could offer was a 30% discount off of a new pitcher. I am leery to even buy another Mikasa pitcher because I don't want to purchase something else that can't withstand at least a few months of use."

Beautiful but weak handle

"We enjoyed receiving this as a wedding gift but after placing it back on shelf after dusting, the handle cracked after a single small bump to the side of the cabinet. If I'm going to spend $40 on a pitcher, it needs to be a bit hardier. I don't live a lifestyle where extremely breakable glassware lasts very long."
