"The item is of different color. Item on the photo does not correspond to the one you get in reality. Its not blue, its green and has very cheap look. More than 6 weeks passed from the original start return day and no refund has been issued. Per shop policy refund must be issued within 4-6 weeks. Numerous calls to terrible Mikasa service does not help to resolve the issue. Be aware from buying from this shop."
