Nice but not as white as I’d hoped

"All in all the set is nice. The bowls are very small and the color is white but with more of a greyish tone with a lot of speckling. The thing that disappointed me most though was Mikasa’s customer service. They had a sale a day after I received them. I called to inquire about a price adjustment and they would not honor it. Most stores will give you a credit if it goes on sale within 2 weeks. This was within a week and they would not budge. Customer service person was not nice or helpful either."
