"We are not using the plates yet-we are trying to submit a claim for 2 slightly damaged plates and even though we have completed all four steps necessary, we are told the submission is unsuccessful And we have submitted details as requested to the “service . . . ” email and have received no acknowledgement of such The plates are beautiful though."

Delray plates damaged by dishwasher

"I purchased 12 Delray Dinner Plates about 4 months ago. They were beautiful in the beginning, but the finish has significantly deteriorated with dishwasher washing. I believe they are being etched by the dishwasher, similar to how some glassware is etched over time. I've never had this problem w/ any other plates even after many years of cleaning in the dishwasher. So, I'm very disappointed in these plates!!"
