"I always buy stuff from Mikasa. com. This time I bought plates and didn't like and wanted to return them and Mikasa gave me such a hard time. They wanted me to send them back to them on my own expense which was more than a100$. I ended up keeping the stuff I didn't like. They forced me to buy those plates also they were very disrespectful. It's a same that a big company like them has such a bad customer service."
